Brandboom's wholesale questions and solutions are for established brands. Brandboom lets sellers manage their entire sales cycle, from line sheets to checkout to analytics. Brandboom says it has served 5,000+ brands over 17 years. Brandboom says its network has 200,000+ buyers who place real orders and describes them as vetted retailers rather than cold lists. Brandboom lets showrooms, independent reps, and in-house teams collaborate in one place. Brandboom keeps a team working from the same line sheets, pricing, and inventory. Brandboom presentations can include videos, lifestyle shots, and rich media. Sellers can send product presentations to buyers with a Brandboom link or PDF. Buyers can place orders anytime, anywhere, directly from a seller's Brandboom link. Sellers can update catalogs instantly so buyers always see current availability. Brandboom provides real-time inventory updates to prevent overselling and buyer frustration. Sellers can track every order from placement through shipment in one view and send purchase orders to factories with one click. Brandboom compiles orders from multiple reps and trade shows into unified reports. Sellers can see which buyers viewed their line sheets and what they clicked and identify abandoned carts and upsell opportunities in real time. Brandboom tracks rep performance and buyer engagement across a seller's entire team. Sellers can monitor sales activity and order flow by rep or territory. Brandboom also automatically calculates commissions. Sellers can accept payments through Brandboom by integrating with Stripe or PayPal, use flexible invoicing with options such as Pay Later through PayPal, and use native Shopify and ApparelMagic integrations for product, inventory, and order fulfillment sync. For ERP workflows, Brandboom produces clean order exports for a seller's ERP. Sellers can export orders directly to their ERP with one click. Brandboom says its no-code product and inventory sync is compatible with 95% of ERPs and that integrations take days, not months. Brandboom says its efficient operations let it charge 30-40% less than competitors. Brandboom says a dedicated account manager answers a customer's questions every time. Users can create professional line sheets in minutes and build high-converting line sheet presentations without design skills or graphic-design software. Brands with a small product range can design interactive digital line sheets in minutes. Templates, layouts, logos, images, videos, fonts, colors, and image hotspots let brands shape the presentation. Brandboom links are an industry standard. Buyers can use them to view products and order directly from a line sheet on any mobile device. Users can also present a line on an iPad or export it as a PDF. Because Brandboom is cloud-based, product updates become available instantly to any buyer with the link. Brandboom says more than 300,000 buyers worldwide love the platform. They can arrange products into collections; apply changes to groups or the entire catalog; adjust descriptions, custom fields, and product details at scale; update pricing and images across entire collections in seconds; change availability and inventory levels across the catalog; and sync every change to active line sheets instantly. Users can drag and drop products into custom layouts in seconds, embed products directly into a lookbook, add video, lifestyle shots, and 360 product views, and add logos, brand colors, and media to a showroom. Sellers can create custom, targeted digital line sheets for different buyers in minutes. They can set regional pricing structures and account-specific pricing and discounts, show VIP pricing only to VIP accounts, hide products from specific retailers, and make line sheets private, public, or password-protected. A single line sheet can label pre-book and at-once products with delivery dates. Sellers can embed line sheets on a site or portal, send links by text, export PDF for email, print, or offline use, and download CSV for spreadsheet workflows. Buyers can browse a shared link without logging in, open a texted Brandboom link and place an order from any browser without downloading an app, filter by category, price, color, or size instantly without page refreshes, and scroll the whole collection instead of clicking in and out of endless folders in old systems. They can order in the showroom, and showroom orders sync to the seller's system. Brandboom says replacing clunky email attachments with clean web links can produce up to an 80% faster response time. The majority of retailers in Brandboom's categories are very familiar with the platform. Brandboom says buyers prefer Brandboom to NuOrder or Joor because it is easier and faster. Sellers can track each buyer's engagement, including product views and cart additions, take trade-show orders in seconds, and enter customer information from a phone. Most reps send their first line sheet within 9 minutes. Most brands fully migrate and start selling within a week with hands-on Brandboom support. A rep with a paid Brandboom seat from another brand can access your brand immediately at no extra cost, which Brandboom contrasts with NuOrder's per-brand fees. Brandboom connects directly to Shopify. Pipe17 can connect Brandboom to NetSuite and other systems; Brandboom can discuss custom integration options or workarounds for other ERPs. Sources: [/presentations](https://www.brandboom.com/presentations), [/wholesale-questions/buyer-response-time](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/buyer-response-time) ## Product and inventory management Teams can create products one at a time or mass import them instantly, using CSV templates or native integrations with Shopify, ApparelMagic, and more. They can bulk edit hundreds of products, update availability across hundreds of products, add seasons, tags, and categories across hundreds of products, organize by collection, set pricing tiers, define size, color, and material variants, and add images or video. Accounts can add sales reps, managers, and outside reps at any time. Brandboom allocates inventory as orders are placed and completed to prevent overselling. Shopify integrations provide real-time inventory sync, while inventory update timing for other integrations depends on how often they sync. Brandboom fits into a brand's existing process and lets the brand keep its ERP, payment provider, and fulfillment systems. Options include its API, ERP file drops that can help brands integrate in days without development, and partners such as Pipe17. Brandboom integrations keep existing systems aligned without forcing an overhaul of the stack. Orders move through capture, payment, and fulfillment to reduce mistakes, quantity mismatches, and back-and-forth emails. Sellers can accept credit cards, ACH, and PayPal Pay Later through native Stripe and PayPal integrations. Brandboom supports multiple currencies, and users can gain more control with Ship Windows. Ship Windows split a month into up to four delivery slots: Early, Mid, Late, or General full-month. Buyers can toggle between active delivery timelines and purchase stock assigned to the selected window in Brandboom presentations. Brandboom says this clarity drives a 20% increase in average order value by encouraging buyers to move unused budget into available inventory windows. See [Shipping, fulfillment, and ship windows](#shipping-fulfillment-and-ship-windows) for fulfillment and [Catalog, presentation, and ship-window releases](#catalog-presentation-and-ship-window-releases) for configuration. Most teams import products, build their first line sheet, and share it with buyers the same day. Most teams get comfortable with Brandboom within an hour, on their own. Live chat is available, and Brandboom's support team gives every customer answers and follows through. A rep with a paid Brandboom seat from another brand can access the brand immediately at no extra cost. Brandboom says it does not charge per brand for reps as NuOrder does, and buyers consistently say they prefer Brandboom to NuOrder and Joor because it is easier and faster. Sources: [/product-management](https://www.brandboom.com/product-management), [/wholesale-questions/pre-order-management](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/pre-order-management) ## Orders and buyer collaboration 5,000+ brands and 200,000+ buyers use Brandboom to manage wholesale orders. Buyers can browse and shop line sheets without signing in, add items to a cart at their own pace, complete a quick checkout flow without waiting for account approval or sitting through verification processes, and place repeat orders without calling the seller's team. They can review order history and payments, receive real-time updates, and track shipping without calling the seller's team. Sellers can require a minimum order amount for each order and a minimum product quantity for each product and see open orders in real time. Brandboom shows live inventory for At-Once, Pre-Book, and Future delivery ship windows. Brandboom says it converts orders 2-3X better than the industry average. Brandboom's buyer-activity tracking provides real-time data on how retailers interact with a seller's line. The team can see when a buyer views a Brandboom presentation, which products the buyer clicked on, and what the buyer left in a draft cart. Brandboom says its live tracking data helps increase conversion by 2-3 times. Buyers, reps, and office teams share the same digital order. Buyers and sellers can edit the same order before and after placement, while store owners and sales reps can edit the exact same digital order at the same time. Every order or invoice change appears instantly, and Brandboom keeps a full modification history. Reps can see buyer drafts, change quantities, help write the order, or take over a stalled cart, make edits, and close the stalled order. Brandboom says this shared process produces 32% fewer abandoned orders. Business Plan sellers will be able to see and take over open orders that buyers have not placed. Users can generate an invoice directly from a just-placed Brandboom order. Brands can generate invoices that flow back to agents and buyers. Buyers can pay invoices directly through Brandboom, and users can track payment and fulfillment in one view. Business Plan sellers can collect deposits through Stripe or PayPal. Stripe and PayPal integrations increase on-time payments by 22%, according to Brandboom. Users can update order status, generate shipping labels, and track packages without leaving Brandboom. Brandboom users can also ship with Shippo. Orders can be consolidated across reps and shows, and external reps can instantly share completed Brandboom orders with the brand. Users can generate clean CSV or Excel order files in seconds and export orders to any system by mapping Brandboom fields to custom headers. Other export options include Zapier and API. Brandboom integrates natively with Shopify and ApparelMagic and says Zapier and API ERP connections can take days or weeks. Brandboom does not take a cut; Stripe or PayPal sets and charges processing fees under the seller's agreement. Payments usually settle in 2-5 business days, depending on the processor. International selling is supported wherever Stripe and PayPal are available. Brandboom supports digital invoices and sends payment reminders automatically after sellers set a schedule. Sellers can see which buyers have or haven't paid in Brandboom, and buyers can see which payments are outstanding. Brandboom syncs payment status from an ERP without manual imports, syncs fulfillment status from the ERP, and keeps buyers informed automatically. Sellers can set deposit percentages for future releases and shipments and collect deposits through secure Brandboom checkout with Stripe or PayPal. Brandboom automatically tracks all remaining balances on each order and invoice. PayPal Pay Later appears in Brandboom's global checkout and digital invoices. Retail buyers get the split-installment flexibility they are used to on marketplaces like Faire, and qualified US retail buyers can distribute their order costs into flexible installment payments through PayPal. PayPal automatically pays the brand upfront and in full. Brandboom says the integration provides marketplace-style financing without default or collection risk for the brand and lists a 4.99% merchant processing fee. PayPal decides buyer eligibility when net terms are enabled. For major transactions, Brandboom builds Stripe Standard ACH into checkout at a 0.8% processing fee capped at $5. See [Payment and VAT releases](#payment-and-vat-releases) for country controls, processor setup, ACH timing and refunds, and VAT configuration. Sellers can let buyers create a return or report an issue, track the case in Brandboom, issue return credits, and process refunds through Stripe or PayPal. Brandboom records every credit and refund adjustment. The connected processor handles chargebacks, and its dashboard provides dispute notifications, details, and evidence submission. Brandboom support can explain the process and connect sellers with dispute resources. Sellers can buy Shippo labels inside Brandboom. Brandboom calculates product weights automatically and syncs them to Shippo for shipping rates without manual entry. For supported carriers, Brandboom retrieves tracking updates after a seller enters a tracking number, and buyers can see the order's progress in Brandboom without emailing the seller. Brandboom says 5,000+ brands use the platform and that it provides enterprise-grade security with no extra setup. Brandboom says this structure increases average order value by 20% because buyers move budget to available inventory windows. See [Catalog, presentation, and ship-window releases](#catalog-presentation-and-ship-window-releases) for configuration rules. Brandboom's native Shippo integration lets users buy and print labels in the app and sends tracking to buyers automatically. Users who ship outside Shippo or Shopify can enter external tracking numbers, and Brandboom retrieves tracking details when possible. Shopify users can sync and fulfill wholesale orders in their existing Shopify workflow. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/ship-windows](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/ship-windows), [/wholesale-questions/shipping-fulfillment](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/shipping-fulfillment) ## Shopify integration Brandboom works with any Shopify plan. Its Built-for-Shopify app connects a store in a few clicks without code. Brandboom users can import products for free when they sync from Shopify, and the native sync pulls products, descriptions, and images into a wholesale showroom in minutes without manual data re-uploading. Users can turn the full catalog into interactive digital line sheets, lookbooks, and custom catalogs. Brandboom automatically sends at-once orders and pre-orders to Shopify. B2B orders draw from the same live inventory pool as DTC orders, which Brandboom says creates zero risk of accidental overselling. Payment and shipping information added in Shopify automatically syncs back to Brandboom. Payment and shipping statuses automatically sync with Shopify. Users can invoice Brandboom wholesale orders through Shopify. They can use Brandboom's invoicing tools to add shipping information and collect payment with Stripe. Brandboom offers a Shippo integration. Thousands of wholesalers trust Brandboom's professional presentation tools. Real people are available for conversations via chat, email, and video calls, and Brandboom's customer support and service have been rated world-class according to CSAT scores. Sources: [/shopify-integration](https://www.brandboom.com/shopify-integration), [/wholesale-questions/shopify-inventory-sync](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/shopify-inventory-sync) ## ERP and system integrations Brandboom offers a direct native ApparelMagic integration and no-code connections for 95% of other ERPs, including NetSuite. A preferred system can be connected in a few days without technical help. Once configured, product details, live inventory, and final invoices move between Brandboom and the ERP automatically. Brandboom says these connections reduce manual data entry and errors by 90%. See [ERP product and inventory sync release](#erp-product-and-inventory-sync-release) for Business-plan eligibility, synchronized data, compatibility, and setup. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/connect-erp-wholesale](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/connect-erp-wholesale) ## Showrooms, teams, and multi-brand sales Showrooms and reps use one "Master" login to move among every brand they represent. The dashboard lets agencies manage unlimited brands under one account and shows each brand's line sheets, customers, and commissions in one view. Showrooms and reps can represent multiple brands in the same system, while brands can set currencies by showroom or region and analyze order data. Teams can keep separate presentations or bundle brands into a collection that buyers reach through one shareable link or code on one page. The mobile app lets showrooms create buyer carts across several brands at once. Accounts can add sales reps, managers, and outside reps at any time. A new brand can invite a showroom or rep with an existing account instantly without requiring another login. If a sales rep or showroom already has a paid Brandboom account from another brand or its own subscription, a brand can invite them at no additional cost, and teams can add external reps who use Brandboom for other lines without duplicate seat fees. Showrooms can add internal reps, set their permissions, and track their orders without involving the brands they represent; brands control what each showroom or rep can see, sell, and edit. Brands set rep and showroom commission rates and see every commission payout by rep and order. Brandboom automatically calculates commissions for showrooms and reps, shows showrooms and reps what they are earning in real time, and sends an invoice to the rep or showroom as soon as the brand creates it. See [Commission operations](#commission-operations) for the recurring workflow and [Commission and analytics releases](#commission-and-analytics-releases) for report permissions and close behavior. Showrooms and reps can share orders automatically when placed or wait until the orders are confirmed. Brandboom keeps a showroom or rep's customer list private: brands see the orders but not the buyer relationships. Agencies can block buyer contact details and provide only the shipping and address information required for fulfillment. Brandboom designed its showroom tools to help protect an agency's independent business records. Sources: [/showroom-management](https://www.brandboom.com/showroom-management), [/wholesale-questions/brand-management](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/brand-management), [/wholesale-questions/buyer-network-privacy](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/buyer-network-privacy) ## Commission operations Agency principals can switch among brands for immediate rollups. Brandboom lets users set a custom commission rate once per sales rep and/or showroom, tracks the amount owed in real time as orders are fulfilled, and lets field reps watch their cuts accrue in real time without chasing statements. At month end, Brandboom finalizes reports that account for every order, invoice, and return. See [Commission and analytics releases](#commission-and-analytics-releases) for plan access, roles, editing, and monthly close behavior. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/commission-tracking](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/commission-tracking) ## International wholesale Brandboom built multi-currency and multi-price-list support into its core platform. Its dashboard has multi-currency tools and regional price lists. Sellers can set up localized Brandboom showrooms with custom currencies. They can create special showrooms with localized pricing that updates across territories instantly. They can set up localized Brandboom showrooms with account-specific regional pricing tiers that update globally in seconds. They can separate currencies into regional showrooms or sell from one shared showroom; international reps see local currency, while all global sales data stays in one account. Stripe and PayPal integrations accept payments and handle automatic currency conversions for buyers in over 195 countries. For European and Canadian sellers, Brandboom automatically checks the seller and buyer locations, calculates the proper Canada and EU VAT taxes, and displays the tax rate clearly before checkout. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/global-currencies](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/global-currencies), [/wholesale-questions/international-wholesale](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/international-wholesale), [/wholesale-questions/vat-tax-automation](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/vat-tax-automation) ## Buyer lead capture and showroom access Brands can embed Brandboom's wholesale request widget on a website or place a custom showroom access link on a site or social bio. Both routes send buyers to an authenticated request form. Each submission appears instantly on the Brandboom Visitors page, where the brand can review verified business details and invite the buyer into its showroom with one click. See [Buyer access and share-link releases](#buyer-access-and-share-link-releases) for access-code, entry-flow, and approval details. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/capturing-buyer-leads](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/capturing-buyer-leads) ## Private buyer invitations Brands whitelist their company domain in Brandboom's Send Share Links From Your Domain settings. Brandboom automatically verifies sendability before messages go out. Sales teams can send quick, text-based emails from Brandboom that bypass most spam and marketing filters and look like personal messages from the verified company address. Brandboom manages unsubscribe logic automatically. See [Buyer access and share-link releases](#buyer-access-and-share-link-releases) for related coverage. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/private-invite-emails](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/private-invite-emails) ## Trade show selling Brandboom Pro lets reps scan product barcodes and build a buyer cart from their phones. Its Live Inventory Mode instantly locks inventory across the show floor as reps write orders, preventing two reps from selling the same product. Brandboom says this mobile workflow reduces post-show cancellations by as much as 95%. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/trade-show-selling](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/trade-show-selling) ## Marketplace and repeat-buyer strategy Brands can keep third-party marketplaces as discovery channels while protecting their account equity. Established repeat buyers can order from the brand's Brandboom showroom without commission. At checkout, buyers can still use PayPal Pay Later, which Brandboom says provides installment flexibility at a fraction of the cost of Faire's bundled net terms. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/faire-commission](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/faire-commission) ## Migration, onboarding, and support Most teams fully migrate their catalogs and go live on Brandboom within a week. Brandboom says its interface is intuitive enough to learn before lunch, and sales reps feel comfortable navigating Brandboom on their own within an hour. Product and inventory sync can be set up in days without code. Brandboom offers flexible contracts and says its pricing is 30-40% lower than legacy software competitors. Sources: [/wholesale-questions/platform-migration](https://www.brandboom.com/wholesale-questions/platform-migration) ## Plans, pricing, and contracts A free account requires no credit card and lets users create products, build and share presentations, and collect unlimited Marketplace orders. Its ability to collect orders outside the Marketplace is limited. Buyers pay nothing to view line sheets or place orders. The Startup plan costs $83 /mo. Brandboom charges no setup fees for Startup or Business. It lists "Let's Talk" for Business pricing and custom pricing for Enterprise. Enterprise setup fees and contract flexibility depend on the scope of work. Brandboom's usual contract is 12 months with monthly payments; customers who pay annually upfront receive two months free and do not need a contract. Most brands go live within a day, with no development work, long onboarding, or wait for an account manager. Custom integrations can take 1-3 weeks. A real person is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PST, and support@brandboom.com accepts messages at any time. Sources: [/pricing](https://www.brandboom.com/pricing) ## General platform and NuOrder comparisons Brandboom describes its platform as modern and intuitive and says it evolves based on brands' needs. It says product setup should take minutes instead of days and brands can start selling in a few clicks. Brandboom also says it is committed to earning customers' business every month with a modern, intuitive platform that keeps improving. Support includes self-service support options and conversations with people through chat, email, and video calls. Brandboom describes its customer support and service as world-class based on CSAT scores, and its support team is ready to help customers succeed. Brandboom says competitor platforms prioritize locking brands into long-term contracts over improving outdated products and that contact directories rarely connect brands with actual buyers. Its Marketplace supports at-once and future selling and, according to Brandboom, secures paid orders from real buyers. Brandboom's app is built for Shopify. Brands can connect their Shopify store to Brandboom and start selling in minutes. Brandboom's Shopify integration manages and syncs products, orders, shipments, and invoices and enables two-way inventory sync. It supports automated order management and real-time inventory updates and makes Shopify an easy portal to connect Brandboom to ERPs, 3PLs, and other platforms in a brand's tech stack. Brandboom says NuOrder buyer directories rarely connect brands with actual buyers. It describes NuOrder contracts as predatory and multi-year, says NuOrder's long-term contracts remove its incentive to deliver exceptional service, and says NuOrder has a low upfront price and steep costs later. Sources: [/competitors](https://www.brandboom.com/competitors), [/nuorder-competitor](https://www.brandboom.com/nuorder-competitor) ## MarketTime comparison Brandboom publishes transparent pricing on its website, while it says MarketTime hides pricing behind sales calls, making costs difficult to compare upfront. Brandboom runs standalone, so users are not tied to one platform. Users can manage multiple brands or showrooms in one account with complete separation, control access at a granular level, and use order management and active buyer discovery in one platform. Brandboom's active wholesale marketplace has more than 200,000 qualified buyers. Qualified buyers searching for new brands can discover them there alongside established brands; Brandboom says MarketTime has no marketplace. Brandboom users can create engaging line sheets and showcase their brands with presentations, videos, and interactive catalogues. They can track buyer behavior and engagement and follow the order from presentation through payment and fulfillment. Showrooms and brands work together in the same platform. Brandboom's MarketTime comparison says Pro lets salespeople find products with barcode scanning, search, and filters and take offline orders, matching MarketTime's mobile order-writing for barcode scanning, offline ordering, and fast product search. The comparison separately says Pro works under low-bandwidth conditions with real-time inventory. The [Brandboom Pro mobile release](#brandboom-pro-mobile-release) documents its current release availability and connectivity requirements. Brandboom's out-of-the-box Shopify connection automatically syncs products, inventory, and orders with no custom development required, and Brandboom supports real-time inventory sync with Shopify and ERPs. When switching to Brandboom, Free Migration includes white-glove support and personal onboarding. Sources: [/vs/markettime](https://www.brandboom.com/vs/markettime) ## Shopify Plus comparison Brandboom is built exclusively for wholesale, with tools designed around how sales reps and buyers work. It says Shopify Plus adds limited B2B features to a retail foundation. Brandboom offers B2B price lists and custom pricing. Users can build and share tailored presentations in minutes with a drag-and-drop builder, organize them by season, line, or collection, and use shareable custom links. Brandboom tracks customer LTV, reorder frequency, and top-selling products by account. It provides real-time presentation views, tracks product clicks and engagement, and sends add-to-cart notifications. Sellers can chat with buyers inside Brandboom in the context of what they are viewing without third-party chat tools. Sales tools include account assignment, rep portals, territory management, flexible commission structures, and commission tracking. The iOS app supports barcode scanning and offline ordering. The Marketplace has 200,000+ buyers. Wholesale buyers browse categories there and discover new brands organically. Products are listed alongside brands such as King Apparel, BAWS, and IAMDOPE. Brandboom provides free migration with white-glove support and personal onboarding. Brandboom says it costs 97% less than Shopify Plus without sacrificing features; Shopify Plus starts at $2,500/month. Brandboom integrates with any Shopify membership tier. It can add complete B2B wholesale capabilities without Shopify Plus. Brandboom connects with Shopify's inventory automation so users can manage wholesale and retail operations in sync. It can operate without Shopify, so users are not locked to one platform. Sources: [/vs/shopify-plus](https://www.brandboom.com/vs/shopify-plus) ## SparkLayer comparison Brandboom describes SparkLayer as B2B checkout added to an existing e-commerce store and Brandboom as a complete wholesale platform. Brandboom can run without Shopify. Brands can keep using Shopify for D2C while running wholesale through Brandboom. Brandboom's native Shopify integration includes automatic product imports. It also offers real-time inventory sync and order management. Brands can also upload products and inventory from their ERP to Brandboom. Brandboom includes a line-sheet builder, custom lookbooks, presentations, a shareable Brandboom Link, price lists, custom pricing, buyer-engagement tracking, and exportable line sheet engagement history. Brands can see viewers and product interest, control which products are visible by region or showroom, and create approval workflows. Brandboom says SparkLayer cannot create visual presentations for buyers. Teams can assign territories and manage reps. Brandboom lets brands track sales and calculate commissions, and it tracks commissions and reports for reps and showrooms. Brands can invite users or reps with varied permissions, use role-based access, customize each user's permissions, and let external showrooms keep their customers private. Brands can also offer flexible payment terms. Brandboom connects brands to 200,000+ active wholesale buyers. It says SparkLayer has no marketplace, directory, or organic discovery. SparkLayer users have to drive all their own wholesale traffic through sales reps, trade shows, and direct outreach. On its SparkLayer comparison page, Brandboom says it has full-featured iOS and Android apps built for trade shows and field sales, while SparkLayer is web-only and has no mobile apps. The comparison says Brandboom provides trade-show order writing, barcode scanning, and offline ordering, while SparkLayer lacks barcode scanning, offline ordering, and trade-show tools. The [Brandboom Pro mobile release](#brandboom-pro-mobile-release) separately documents its current release availability and connectivity requirements. Brandboom includes unlimited orders on every paid plan. SparkLayer caps Starter at 50 orders and Growth at 100. Brandboom offers free migration with white-glove support and personal onboarding when switching to Brandboom. Sources: [/vs/sparklayer](https://www.brandboom.com/vs/sparklayer) ## Customer evidence Georgie Paws replaced manual workflows with Brandboom's streamlined B2B platform, which enabled effortless global scaling and reduced post-show cancellations by 95%. Rothco turned a massive catalog into curated, shareable presentations that buyers could open instantly. Its Brandboom use reduced buyer response time by 78%, from days to hours, and made ordering easier across accounts. The release reference follows, starting with Brandboom Pro mobile. It is designed to keep working with one bar of service as long as internet is available. The [MarketTime comparison](#markettime-comparison) and [SparkLayer comparison](#sparklayer-comparison) state their mobile-platform and offline-ordering claims in separate comparison contexts. Reps can scan configured barcodes to look up products, search across showrooms, view inventory by ship window, select different ship windows, and duplicate old carts in seconds for repeat orders. They can browse and add products without switching among showrooms, build one cart with items from several showrooms, and assign a customer to populate order details instantly. When a rep submits the cart, Brandboom Pro creates separate orders by showroom and applies the customer information to each one. Live Inventory Mode reserves inventory instantly per order while multiple reps place orders on the floor at the same time. The invoices/delete endpoint can void or remove erroneous invoices programmatically. API V3 supports sending partial quantity invoices from your backend to Brandboom, and the invoices/send endpoint can trigger the official Brandboom invoice email to the buyer from your system once the invoice is finalized. Invoices managed through the API can be sent to customers through Brandboom to collect payments with Brandboom's secure payment processing tools. Brandboom locks invoices created through the API against editing in the Brandboom UI. You must sync all updates to invoices created through the API from your backend system, so your ERP remains the master record. The orders/update endpoint accepts Order Status values open, processing, and complete; Payment Status values not_paid, partially_paid, and paid; Shipping Status values not_shipped, pick_and_pack, partially_pick_and_pack, shipped, and partially_shipped; and Export Status values not_exported, export_ready, exporting, and exported. The orders/reject endpoint declines orders programmatically. Brandboom API V3 can record payments against specific invoices as they clear in your system. The payments/refund endpoint can process and log refunds through the API. The payments/delete endpoint can remove an incorrect payment entry without triggering a refund event. Brandboom API V3 can add shipments to invoices. The shipments/delete endpoint can remove a shipment created in error. The shipments/updateStatus endpoint can sync shipment statuses without re-uploading the entire shipment object. The shipments/create endpoint pushes tracking numbers and carrier details to an invoice and populates tracking links for buyers. A shipment can connect to an invoice through Brandboom's invoiceID or the backend's externalInvoiceID. Brands can collect information from new prospects before granting access, and showroom admins can review buyer details and approve requests on the Visitors page. See [Buyer lead capture and showroom access](#buyer-lead-capture-and-showroom-access) for related coverage. ### Share-link sending Users can send simple share-link invites from the Brandboom dashboard and select several recipients for one bulk send. Brandboom users can whitelist their domain on the Settings page so share link invites appear to come from their company instead of a generic notification address. Brandboom verifies each sender email address before sending. When a buyer opts out, Brandboom automatically updates the buyer's status in the user's account to manage unsubscribe logic and ensure compliance. See [Private buyer invitations](#private-buyer-invitations) for related coverage. Brand Admins control showroom settings and high-level reporting, Agent Admins manage commission splits within their teams, and individual reps receive a read-only view of their own earnings and nothing more. Teams enter commission percentages in Showroom Settings. Each report covers one month and showroom. Brandboom calculates team earnings as users generate invoices. When an invoice is created, Brandboom applies the saved commission rate and begins tracking and projecting the payout. Users can adjust orders, invoices, and allocations while a report is open or move an unready invoice to another month. Brandboom locks commission rates and totals only when the monthly report is closed. Returned items use the original commission rate from the sale and appear as negative values in the report. See [Commission operations](#commission-operations) for the high-level accrual and monthly reporting workflow. ### Wholesale Analytics The Wholesale Analytics Dashboard is available on the Business plan and above. Business plan users can access the new Analytics tab from the home page. Sellers can monitor their wholesale business in real time and watch total sales values and invoiced revenue change in real time as orders move through Brandboom. The dashboard shows the percentage of orders invoiced and the percentage of those invoices that get paid, combines unpaid balances and late payments in one chart, and compares current figures with earlier months or the prior year. Sellers can filter by brand or rep, find best-selling items and most valuable store accounts, and identify strange patterns, sudden drops, or mistakes in sales and payments. Brandboom says it can connect to most ERPs and automatically sync product catalogs and inventory in days, not months, with no development required. If an ERP can schedule product and inventory data as report files, Brandboom says there is a strong chance it can sync the ERP quickly. Brands can reduce repetitive exports, uploads, and copy/paste by automating product and inventory imports. Brands can maintain accurate product details in Brandboom, including images and key attributes, and manage product pricing across currencies when they sell across regions. Brandboom Support confirms compatibility and guides setup. Brands can start setup in Brandboom under Account → Integrations → Connect to Zapier. Brands can also use Brandboom's Shopify and ApparelMagic integrations. See [ERP and system integrations](#erp-and-system-integrations) for the broader connection and data-flow overview. Sources: [/updates/erp-product-inventory-sync-integrate-in-days-not-months](https://www.brandboom.com/updates/erp-product-inventory-sync-integrate-in-days-not-months) ## Catalog, presentation, and ship-window releases ### Language settings Brandboom's platform is available in German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. It translates navigation, menus, and controls, while product titles, descriptions, and catalog content remain as entered. First-time visitors see a banner prompting them to switch to their detected language. Users can change the preference under Account → Profile → Language. ### Product Hotspots Product Hotspots are available on every plan. Users open a presentation, add an image-gallery section and images, then choose "Add hotspots" to tag products. Buyers can hover for details or click to open a product. They can add a tagged product to the cart when it appears in the presentation; otherwise, it remains a reference. Users can store tags on the image so they follow it into reused presentations. ### Ship Window configuration Brandboom released Ship Windows for sellers to manage and present future inventory. The feature is available only on Business plans and above. Sellers can plan multiple timeframes and create up to four windows per month, choosing Early, Mid, Late, or full-month periods; each window can be used once. Sellers can assign inventory by hand or SKU import, apply windows to any presentation, and move in-progress orders to another active window. Assigned SKUs appear under the matching window for sellers and buyers. Buyers can switch among Ship Windows, At Once, and Future, see inventory availability by timeframe, and place orders against a chosen window. Ship Window inventory behaves and displays like At Once or Future inventory. See [Product and inventory management](#product-and-inventory-management) for planning context and [Shipping, fulfillment, and ship windows](#shipping-fulfillment-and-ship-windows) for fulfillment. Domestic transactions cost approximately 4.99% plus a $0.49 fixed fee; availability, eligibility, and fees remain subject to PayPal's terms and may vary or change. The upgraded checkout applies to paid Brandboom accounts using PayPal. Sellers need to reconnect their PayPal merchant account to access the upgraded integration. The updated integration lets sellers track PayPal transactions and initiate refunds directly inside Brandboom. ### Country controls and ACH Paid users can configure country-level rules to enable or disable Stripe and/or PayPal by country. Business users can offer Stripe Standard ACH on Brandboom Invoices, letting buyers pay any invoice from a US bank account. Stripe charges 0.8% per ACH Direct Debit payment, capped at $5. ACH Direct Debit uses delayed notification, and Stripe may take up to approximately four business days to confirm success or failure. Funds are usually available in the Stripe balance in about four business days, or six for some API flows; eligible accounts can choose two-business-day settlement. If a buyer pays by ACH, the seller can issue the refund back via ACH directly within Brandboom. ### EU VAT For orders where the seller and buyer's Ship To location are in the same EU country, sellers enable "Country VAT Taxes" in Seller settings. Brandboom's dedicated VAT Taxes setting detects when the seller and buyer's Ship To location are in the same EU country and applies the necessary VAT taxes. Brandboom displays the calculated VAT amount to the buyer in the order summary before they finalize and place the order. Payout calculations include VAT for Forced Payment, Partial Payment, and manually fulfilled shipments. See [Payments, invoicing, and buyer financing](#payments-invoicing-and-buyer-financing) for related coverage.
