We designed our showroom tools to help protect your independent business records. Brands can see the orders your team writes, but they cannot access your private buyer contact networks. You can choose to block buyer contact details from being shared with the brand entirely, passing along only the essential shipping and address information needed to fulfill the order. While restricting contact info this way isn't always ideal for brand communication, it adds a strong layer of protection to help keep your store relationships secure under your agency account.
