Sellers can now monitor their entire wholesale business with our real-time analytics dashboard. We built this dashboard to give you a simple, complete look at your sales numbers, invoices, and team performance in one place.
Here is how you can use the new dashboard to evaluate your business:
Track Your Sales Performance
(Note: This will be available to Startup and Basic plans soon)
- Track sales and revenue: Watch your total sales values and invoiced revenue change in real time as orders move through your system.
- Compare to previous periods: Match your current numbers against earlier months or the previous year to see exactly how your business is growing.
Monitor Rep Performance and Trends
- Filter by brand and sales rep: Sort your dashboard views by specific brands or individual sales reps to see exactly how they are doing.
- See Top Products and Top Buyers: Instantly see your best-selling items and your most valuable store accounts to find out what is popular.
Protect Your Cash Flow
- Outstanding & Overdue Invoices Breakdown: View your total unpaid balances alongside late payments in a single, combined chart to track your overall cash flow.
- Analyze your collection gap: Check your billing health by seeing what percentage of orders get invoiced, and what percentage of those invoices actually get paid.
- Spot unusual changes: Identify strange patterns, sudden drops, or mistakes in your sales and payments early on.
How to access it:
Go to the home page and you will see a new Analytics tab if you are a business user.
